Like every year, this year too on August 15th, JIVA GURUKULAM proudly celebrated the 79th Independence day of India with great enthusiasm, patriotic fervor and a deep sense of gratitude for the sacrifices of our great freedom fighters.
The campus was decorated with tricolour flags, echoing the spirit of unity and pride.
Our Tricolour Flag was hoisted by Principal, Ms. Umavathy Ma’am followed by the National Anthem.
The students from Grade 1to 10 showcased their vibrant performances with Patriotic songs and dances like Army dance, JAI HO dance, and many more.
A thought provoking speech was given by Principal Ma’am emphasising the importance of freedom as well as our responsibilities and the role of future citizens in Nation building.
On the whole the school spread joy and patriotism beyond the school premises.
It was a day of pride and purpose.
